Shadows on the Dancefloor


The  salad days of disco, glitter balls and garish lighting are over. We’re  now in an unlit underground dance cave where there is no hint of  glamour, just shadows caught up in their own tribal body shapes. The  music is spoken in French, Spanish and Swedish and even though it is  dark here, it is even darker outside.
There is no more celebrity. Just sirens.
The party is over. But the music stays.
In the dark we are all the same..
