Don’t Give Up

Giving up affects the body as well as the mind. When the mind slumps our bodies do too.

But what would happen if you took all that energy you will use in giving up and diverted it into inspiring others?  Using that unique talent that we all have.

If giving up still seems attractive, go and talk to the people who love you and what you do.

Tell them about your plans to stop caring, striving and loving – then watch them leap into action to change your mind – and give you lots of good reasons to carry on.

When you stop doing something that  people appreciate, you take something away from them too. When you decide that winning isn’t an option any more, everyone loses.
