Cardio-radio (putting the heart into music)

They say that music is good for the soul, but is it also good for the heart? In a study in 2020, people who suffered chest pain soon after a heart attack, experienced a lot less anxiety and pain if they listened to music for 30 minutes a day.

Listening to relaxing music not only reduced heart and respiration rates but also oxygen demand of the heart in heart attack patients. So this show can now be prescribed medically for improved mental and physical wellbeing. Let’s enjoy some cardio-radio. However, we won’t be playing Gerry & the Pacemakers..
