Being Brave

Not everyone wants to be brave – and that’s OK. If you feel better being vulnerable or seeking support when faced with challenges, that’s fine. Being brave is not compulsory; it’s a personal choice. People have different coping mechanisms, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to handling life’s ups and downs. Ultimately, the key is to be true to yourself, try to avoid any regrets and just let the music play..
