In the days of yore, Sophie Ellis Bextor was an Indie rock tiger with The Audience and we recall this. Some great Italian pop and rock; Bill Ryder-Jones has produced the album of the year so far, and just because we can, we are playing the first Coral single when he was a member. Last year’s breakthrough artist Izi Fitroy, The Shangr-Las and how they indluenced Amy Winehouse and my old Southend mucker Robin Trower with his best rocker.

Because I am endlessly empathetic with people, their motivation, their behaviour,their problems and their quest for knowledge, I work with the pioneering Brighton-based homeless, vulnerable women and disempowered school students charity Off The Fence Trust that has tried to redress the equality deficit for over two decades.
