Let’s take a few moments to breathe. Some weeks feel like we’re racing ahead of ourselves, out of breath before we’ve even begun. Other weeks we hold it without realising, bracing for impact, waiting for change, waiting for someone else to move first.

So, I’ve got 2 hours of songs about learning to breathe again, about holding your breath at the edge of something new, about the moments when life knocks the wind out of you, and the experience of being breathed back into being.
