Summary
The Whole Nine Yards broadcast on Sunday 6.6.21 3-5pm
Show 19 with Roy Stannard on Burgess Hill Community Radio 103.8FM

Glock ‘n’ Roll
A bit like the triangle, the glockenspiel is an under-valued and under-used instrument. Although similar to the xylophone, the glockenspiel’s bars are metal plates or tubes, whilst the Xylophone’s are made of wood. You may think that metallophone percussion is a bit niche, but the show is permeated with Glock rock.
There’s a review of the new releases, a few classics from bands that threatened to be as big as Coldplay – and Norman Wisdom. Naturally.
